A late registration fee will apply after January 19. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All registration is completed online via our festival site within the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fred.musicfestivalsuite.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Music Festival Suite application<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Use Your Existing Profile if You \/ Your Child Has Participated Before<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do not create a new profile for yourself, but use your existing one, using the <em>Forgot Password?<\/em> link if necessary. If you have forgotten your profile ID or the email address you used, please submit a support request through the Support button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an entrant has changed or added a music teacher, the new teacher will need to be linked to the entrant&#8217;s profile. The teacher may send an invitation to link up the profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Notes for Entering Registrations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration for festival classes can be completed by the parent\/guardian, the entrant or the entrant&#8217;s teacher. Please note the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If an entrant has a&nbsp;<strong>special scheduling request or potential conflict<\/strong>; for example, they are in both solo and large group (choir, orchestra, band) classes or another commitment during the festival period (April 20 &#8211; 30); please make these known in the Comments field of a class registration and the program committee will work to accommodate. If registrations are being entered by the teacher, please check with parents for possible conflicts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When applicable, ensure&nbsp;<strong>accompanist<\/strong>&#8216;s profile username is entered properly to ensure they do not have scheduling conflicts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only teachers can register small groups (duets, trios, etc.) unless all the members of the group are siblings linked to the same parent profile. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>School music teachers adding a new school choir, band or orchestra must use Add a Group (under Linked Groups), NOT Add a School.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the piece has no Opus and\/or Arranger use the buttons to the right to have the application enter &#8220;None&#8221;. Use TBA in any field when it is information you will provide later (must be before the end of the registration period).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment of registration fees can be done as a later step but please ensure all registration fees have been paid prior to the end of January as any unpaid registrations may become void.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When completing a registration, please be sure to select the correct person to pay the fee.
