Registration for the 2025 Fredericton Music Festival is open and runs through to January 31. A late registration fee will apply after January 21.

All registration is completed online via our festival site within the Music Festival Suite application. Help documents are available here.

Important Notes for Entering Registrations

• If you already have a registration profile for the Fredericton Festival, please try to use it rather than creating a new one. If you can’t remember your profile ID, please send an email to fmfestivalreg@gmail.com.
• If an entrant has a special scheduling request or potential conflict; for example, they are in both solo and large group (choir, orchestra, band) classes or another commitment during the festival period (April 21 -May 2); please make these known in the Comments field of a class registration and the program committee will work to accommodate.
• When applicable, ensure accompanist is entered to ensure they do not have scheduling conflicts.
• If the piece has no Opus and/or Arranger use the buttons to the right to have the application enter “None”. Use TBA in any field when it is information you will provide later (must be before the end of the registration period).
• The registration system now uses Stripe, rather than Paypal, to process electronic payments. Payment can be via credit card or e-transfer.
