Happy New Year!

Registration for the 2026 Fredericton Music Festival is open and runs through to January 31. A late registration fee will apply after January 19.  

All registration is completed online via our festival site within the Music Festival Suite application.

Use Your Existing Profile if You / Your Child Has Participated Before

Please do not create a new profile for yourself, but use your existing one, using the Forgot Password? link if necessary. If you have forgotten your profile ID or the email address you used, please submit a support request through the Support button.

If an entrant has changed or added a music teacher, the new teacher will need to be linked to the entrant’s profile. The teacher may send an invitation to link up the profiles.

Important Notes for Entering Registrations:

Registration for festival classes can be completed by the parent/guardian, the entrant or the entrant’s teacher. Please note the following:

• If an entrant has a special scheduling request or potential conflict; for example, they are in both solo and large group (choir, orchestra, band) classes or another commitment during the festival period (April 20 – 30); please make these known in the Comments field of a class registration and the program committee will work to accommodate. If registrations are being entered by the teacher, please check with parents for possible conflicts.
• When applicable, ensure accompanist‘s profile username is entered properly to ensure they do not have scheduling conflicts.
• Only teachers can register small groups (duets, trios, etc.) unless all the members of the group are siblings linked to the same parent profile.
• School music teachers adding a new school choir, band or orchestra must use Add a Group (under Linked Groups), NOT Add a School.
• If the piece has no Opus and/or Arranger use the buttons to the right to have the application enter “None”. Use TBA in any field when it is information you will provide later (must be before the end of the registration period).

Payments:

• Payment of registration fees can be done as a later step but please ensure all registration fees have been paid prior to the end of January as any unpaid registrations may become void.
• When completing a registration, please be sure to select the correct person to pay the fee. A teacher may assign the payment step to a parent or the entrant – parent/entrant then need to log in to their profile and check the Accounts tab.  
•  Payment can be via credit card or e-transfer.
